    Sydney Southeast Asia Centre postgraduate retreat
    HDRs researching Southeast Asia are invited to attend our annual postgraduate retreat. This year’s retreat will again be dedicated to writing, designed to provide you with some much-needed company and motivation to continue with your research in what has been a challenging year. 
    Australian Postgraduate Research Intern program
    APR.Intern is Australia’s only not-for-profit PhD internship program that spans across all sectors, disciplines and universities. They connect PhD students to industry through internships which offer a new opportunity for research projects.

    Publishing in high impact journals: strategies and advice
    Register for a webinar on 28 October to join Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research), Professor Duncan Ivison, Associate Professor Gwenaelle Proust and Dr Yi-Sheng (Eason) Chen as they share their insights and advice.
    Digital Health CRC Online Workshops
    From helping research students organise their thoughts, to overcome procrastination and making time to ‘Shut up’ and write, the Digital Health CRC has a number of free workshops open to all.

    • A reminder to complete the new COVID-19 Student Safety and Wellbeing Resource, available on Canvas. This interactive module aims to equip you with the latest information to protect yourself and keep safe as we continue to adjust to life and study during a global pandemic. 
       
    • Interested HDR students are encouraged to familiarise themselves with three new guides supporting the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research, released by the NHMRC and ARC.
